Paula Parfitt

Paula Parfitt is the EVP of Europe, Middle East & Africa Go To Market at Cielo. Paula has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

Parfitt started their career in recruitment as a Solutions Manager at hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, part of Spring Group plc. In this role, they were responsible for creating strategic advantage for clients through a portfolio of services including Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Services.

Paula then moved on to Experis as a Bid Manager before taking on an Interim Practice role at Hoggett Bowers. In 2010, Parfitt joined Randstad Sourceright as Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, they were responsible for bringing Solutions Design, New Business Development, Client Development, Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding and Bid together to create innovative RPO, MSP and Blended Workforce solutions for clients.

Most recently, Parfitt has been with Cielo as the EVP of Europe, Middle East & Africa Go To Market. In this role, they are responsible for driving Cielo’s growth strategy and execution in these regions.

Paula Parfitt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent. Paula achieved a 2:1 Honours degree.

Their manager is Marissa Geist, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Christian Scandella - SVP, Latin America, David Whittingham-Jones - EVP, Global Solutions, and Dan Bates - SVP, Global Operations.
