Ishan Khanna

Ishan Khanna is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Ciena since May 2022, specializing in Waveserver technologies. Previously, Ishan worked as a Software Engineer at IBM from January 2019 to May 2022, focusing on IBM hybrid cloud solutions, and served as a Software Engineer at IBM India Private Limited from August 2015 to July 2017. During this time, Ishan developed expertise in continuous integration and deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, and JIRA, along with experience in migrating source code to the AWS platform. Ishan began the professional journey with an internship at Tata Motors, where Ishan configured a telematics unit for a parallel hybrid bus and contributed to diagnostics software development for the Hybrid Engine Control Unit using Matlab. Ishan holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Symbiosis Institute of Technology.
