Mahesh Thakran

Mahesh Thakran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, specifically in optical transmission networks and product support. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Ciena since December 2006, Mahesh is skilled in various aspects including installation, commissioning, technical support, and training across different network topologies and technologies. Prior to this role, Mahesh worked at Bharti Airtel as a Transmission Support Engineer, managing optical network operations and ensuring high uptime. Experience also includes positions at Acterna as a Technical Support Engineer and at Integrative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an RF Engineer. Mahesh holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University and an MBA in Telecom Management from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.
