Tracey joined Cifas in February 2017 as a Member Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for approximately 100 members, primarily focusing on internal fraud. Tracey is dedicated to ensuring that their members are protected against internal fraud and knowledgeable about their risks. Tracey enjoys tackling challenges related to internal fraud, such as engaging HR teams within existing members and supporting complex investigations. Prior to their role at Cifas, they worked at Barclays in various positions, including Internal Fraud Strategy Manager, Internal Fraud Analyst, Fraud Prevention Officer, and Personal Banker. Tracey's work experience demonstrates their expertise in member relationship management and combating fraud.
