Oleksandr Mosin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management of Organizations from Dnipro University of Technology in 2010. Oleksandr then earned their Master's degree in the same field from the same university in 2011. In 2014, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Management from Dnipro University of Technology. In 2016, they completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Union and French Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
