Lisa Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Lisa started their career as an HR Director at Cinram in 1992, where they held the position until 1994. Following that, they joined Fleet Bank as an Organizational Development Manager from 1994 to 2000. Lisa then transitioned to Cigna, initially serving as an HR Director for Customer Service starting in 2000. Lisa later took on the role of HR Director for Enterprise Operating Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, and Global Real Estate in 2014, where they continue to work.
Lisa Osborne attended Penn State University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration.
