Milind Ghumre is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management within the healthcare and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Leader at Cigna Healthcare since November 2022, Milind previously held various leadership roles at Cognizant from 2007 to 2022, including Associate Director positions and responsibilities as Delivery Lead, Account Lead, and Agile Release Train Engineer for high-profile clients such as Cigna, Sanofi-Aventis, and United Health Group. Milind's career commenced at KVIC as a Software Programmer and advanced through consultancy roles at Foundation Technology Services and Syntel Inc. Milind earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
