Noelle Eder

EVP, Global Chief Information Officer at Cigna

Noelle Eder is Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cigna. Eder is a member of Cigna’s Executive Leadership team and leads the global Information Technology organization. As CIO, Eder shapes and leads enterprise technology strategy – ensuring alignment with enterprise and business priorities – and the development and delivery of leading-edge capabilities and solutions that align with the company’s commitment to transform the health care experience for those Cigna serves.

Eder joined Cigna in September of 2020 from Hilton Worldwide Holdings, where she served as the company’s Chief Information and Digital Officer. In this capacity, she directed all technology functions including architecture, infrastructure, cyber security, software engineering, data, and product management, as well as Hilton’s Reservation and Customer Care Centers. Prior to Hilton, Eder served as Chief Card Customer Experience Officer for Capital One Financial Corporation. She also held technology leadership roles at Intuit and Teknowledge.

An active community leader, Eder was awarded the YWCA Silicon Valley Women & Industry Award for her significant contributions to business and the region. She is also an Independent Director for Ameren Corporation in St. Louis.

Eder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
