Shan Konduru

Shan Konduru has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting as a Programmer cum Data Entry Operator at GP Cotton and Oil Co Ltd in 1992, Shan gained experience in software development and inventory management. From there, Shan worked as a Trainee Programmer at CMC ATC Pvt. Ltd and Citadel Health Pvt. Ltd, where they learned programming skills and contributed to the development of healthcare software solutions.

In 1999, Shan joined OSI Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they played a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions aligned with the company's product offerings. Shan collaborated with cross-functional teams and stayed updated with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the company's products.

In 2001, Shan joined GE Consumer and Industrial Systems as a Tech Lead, where they provided technical leadership and guidance in developing and implementing technology solutions. Shan oversaw a team of engineers, set technical direction, and ensured the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.

Moving on to Navionics in 2006, Shan served as an Associate Project Manager, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to technology innovation. Shan worked closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and track progress.

From 2007 to 2012, Shan held multiple roles at AppLabs - A CSC Company, including Project Manager, Software Development Manager, Manager - Technical Services, and Senior Manager - Technical Services. In these roles, they were accountable for technical service delivery, client satisfaction, and resource management. Shan developed and implemented service strategies and optimized processes to enhance service delivery.

In 2012, Shan joined DXC Technology as a Senior Manager - Application Development, where they led and oversaw the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Shan collaborated with key stakeholders and ensured the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

From 2013 to 2014, Shan worked at OpenText as a Senior Manager R&D, providing leadership and direction to the R&D team. Shan managed R&D projects from conception to completion and defined project objectives, scope, and timelines.

Since 2014, Shan has been associated with Cigniti Technologies, starting as the Director - Service Delivery and progressing to Senior Director - Global Delivery and Senior Director - Service Delivery. In these roles, they focused on service delivery, vendor management, and technology-related risk mitigation. Shan developed and executed technology strategies aligned with client business goals and set service level agreements and key performance indicators. Shan also established governance processes and frameworks and ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Shan Konduru completed a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Osmania University from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, Shan Konduru obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1989 to 1992. In terms of certifications, Shan Konduru holds various qualifications including being a Gremlin Certified Chaos Engineering Professional (GCCEPro) and a Gremlin Certified Chaos Engineering Practitioner (GCCEP) from Gremlin, a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and a SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc., a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, as well as SixSigma (6σ) Green Belt certifications in DFSS and DMAIC from GE.
