Iryna Rud has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Iryna currently works at Ciklum as an Employer Branding Lead and was previously a Senior Internal Communications Specialist. Prior to Ciklum, Iryna worked at Atwix as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for B2B marketing strategy development, partnership programs, SMM, blog and website management, and generating leads through outbound campaigns and partner marketing events. Before Atwix, Iryna held multiple positions at Philip Morris International, including Brand Executive Offline Content, Supervisor Corporate Communications, Internal Communications Executive, Consumer Activation Executive, Management Administration Executive, and Trade Merchandising Service Coordinator. Iryna also briefly worked as an IT Project Manager at Atwix and as a Methodist at Students Business Center at Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law.

Iryna Rud holds a Master's degree in Government management from Khmelnytsky University of Management and Law in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a specialist's degree in Organizational Management from the same university in 2012. In addition to their degrees, they have acquired several certifications including Digital Marketing. Strategic level from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, a Getting things done methodology training certificate from Getting Things Done™ - GTD™ в Украине, and Media training from Philip Morris International.
