Nataliia Zhembrovska

Nataliia Zhembrovska is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Team Lead, and Recruitment Manager at Ciklum since September 2015. In this role, Nataliia leads the full recruitment cycle, collaborates with international clients and hiring managers, develops recruitment road maps and sourcing strategies, and provides training and coaching to team members. Prior to Ciklum, Nataliia worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Group from September 2013 to September 2015, where responsibilities included creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and building client relationships.
