Phil Shackleton

Phil Shackleton has over seven years of work experience, starting in 2014 at FinancialForce.com as a Product Owner. Phil specialized in Human Capital Management and Professional Services, providing requirements to Scrum teams. In 2015, Phil joined International Personal Finance Plc as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on mobile application development and improving business processes. Phil then worked at Sky as a Senior Business Analyst - Chapter Lead, where they were responsible for improving the digital experience for customers. Phil later joined HM Revenue & Customs as a Delivery Lead and Business Analyst, championing the introduction of agile methodologies and coordinating Agile ceremonies. Phil also served as an Agile Consultant at Equal Experts, an Agile Delivery Lead at Sky Betting & Gaming, and an Agile Delivery Lead at Joyn GmbH. Currently, Phil is working at Ciklum as the VP Portfolio Delivery - UK.

Phil Shackleton attended Greenhead College from 2001 to 2003. After that, they attended Northumbria University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Sociology.
