Victoria Milton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victoria is currently working at Ciklum as the Global Head of Talent Fulfilment since October 2022. Earlier in their career, Victoria owned their own consulting company, Realscope Consultants, from April 2006 to July 2011. Victoria also worked as an Associate at Chartered People from September 2009 to April 2011, and as a Consultant at Ingenium Recruitment from April 2006 to August 2008.

Victoria began their career at Michael Page International, where they served as a Manager for Michael Page Taxation from an unspecified date in 2000 to 2005.
