Marie-Eve NAVE has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Marie-Eve is currently the Head of the Engineering Department at CILAS, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, Marie-Eve worked at Thales from July 2013 to March 2020, where they served as the Mechanics and Simulations Engineering Department Leader. In this role, they managed a team of 22 experts in various disciplines and was responsible for designing and developing complex systems under severe environmental conditions. Marie-Eve also implemented new technologies to enhance the value of products for customers.

Before joining Thales, Marie-Eve worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën for a number of years. Marie-Eve held various positions, including Manager of the Restraint Systems Department from October 2010 to June 2013, Project Leader for Airbags and Seatbelts from April 2009 to October 2010, Engineering Department Manager from April 2007 to April 2009, Seatbelt Expert from April 2005 to April 2007, and Child Restraint Systems Expert from December 2000 to April 2005. During their time at PSA, they managed teams, worked on architecture and performance choices for restraint systems, and played a significant role in the development of technical core documents related to seatbelts and child restraint systems.

Marie-Eve also gained experience in simulation engineering as a Simulation Engineer at Thomson Training & Simulation from April 1995 to October 1995, and as a Simulation and Test Engineer at ELF Aquitaine Production from July 1994 to January 1995.
