We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our Customer Success team, contributing to our service offering by using your experience to deliver the NABERS tracking process.

What you’ll do:
As a Sustainability Analyst at CIM, you’ll work alongside our Customer Success team where your primary objective will be to have end to end ownership of NABERS tracking processes including; site setup, record gathering, QA and reporting.
Aggregate and track customer sustainability data from a variety of sources (e.g. energy and water bills, energy management platforms, NABERS certificates)
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness for all systems and reporting.
Set-up and maintain ongoing monthly tracking and reporting dashboards.
Work with Customer Success team and clients to provide visibility on at-risk and high performing sites
Detailed reporting on energy trends and impact on NABERS estimates providing ESG, Operations and Site teams with assurance and forewarning
Be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for CIM clients.
Who we are looking for:

Experience with leading BI tools (e.g. LookerStudio, Tableau, Power BI)
