Cat Liu Ra

Cat Liu has a diverse work experience in the architectural and development industry. Cat started their career as a Project Designer at Raymond Chan Architect in 2009, where they managed the design and production of construction documents for various projects. Cat then moved on to Corgan Associates in 2011, working as an Architectural Staff and overseeing the design and completion of luxury club lounges. In 2015, they joined CBRE as an Associate Project Manager, responsible for analyzing construction cost escalations and creating cost memos. Currently, Cat is employed at CIM Group, where they have held positions such as Development Analyst, Development Associate, Associate Vice President, and Vice President of Development.

Cat Liu, RA holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, Liu studied at Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a B.ARCH degree in Architecture from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Liu has obtained additional certifications as a Registered Architect from the New York State Education Department in December 2014 and as a LEED Accredited Professional from GBCI (exact date unknown).
