Katee L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katee is currently working as the 1st VP (SVP) of Talent & Culture at CIM Group since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Talent & Organization Strategy Manager at Accenture from May 2022 to June 2023. Before their tenure at Accenture, they worked at KPMG US from July 2015 to April 2022 in various roles such as Manager of Human Capital Consulting, Workforce Transformation, Manager of People & Change, and Sr. Associate of People & Change. Katee also gained experience as an Organizational Development Program Manager at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation from January 2013 to February 2015, and as an Organizational Development Specialist from September 2011 to December 2012. Katee has also held roles at Randstad Sourceright, New York Presbyterian, New York University, Sandra Hartog & Associates, Rainforest Alliance, and Hewitt Associates in the past.

Katee L. holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from New York University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics at the University of Michigan. In addition to their formal education, Katee has obtained certifications such as the Bronze Level Lean Certification from NYC Health and Hospitals and the TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer certification from AHRQ.
