Luis Gil

Luis Gil is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Cimarron Energy Inc. since April 2019, focusing on carbon vapor recovery units and project management tasks. Previously, Luis held roles as a Senior Project Manager at Cameron, where responsibilities included technical and economical project proposals, budget control, and commissioning. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Process Consultant, Engineering Manager, and General Manager across various companies, demonstrating expertise in engineering design, operations management, and project implementation. Luis holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Oriente and a specialization in Design and Construction Engineering from a PDVSA – Chevron Joint Venture program.
