Nureen Najihah

NUREEN NAJIHAH has a diverse background in customer service and sales, currently working at CIMB as a contact centre representative since January 2024. Previously, NUREEN held the position of TM Elite Sales Support at Telekom Malaysia from March 2022 to October 2023, focusing on customer retention for unifi services and solving network issues. NUREEN also has experience as a Sales Representative and Assistant to the Sales Manager, providing support in sales planning management. Earlier roles include Academic Tutor at Pusat Tuisyen Prima Genius and Sales Assistant at de alfa boutique, as well as a Defect Junior Assistant at Seni Bina Jaya Sdn Bhd, responsible for inspecting defects in semi-D houses. NUREEN holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Infrastructure Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Politeknik Kota Bharu.
