Jeff Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development. Jeff started their career in 1988 as Western Region Channel Development Manager at Intersolv (Merant, Intersolv, Sage, Polytron). During their tenure, they established a new revenue stream for the company, increasing sales by 100%, building a $2.5M pipeline, and generating annual sales of over $900k - $1.2M. Jeff also managed 15 combined Tele/Field Sales Reps and recruited 25 VARs and SIs in the Western U.S. In 1998, they became Regional Sales and Business Development Manager at SwiftView - Northern Developement Group. During their time there, they exceeded their monthly quota within 90 days of hire and generated over $.25M in pipeline. Jeff also created and implemented Worldwide Business Partner Programs resulting in sales of over $100K. From 1999 to 2001, Jeff Mitchell worked at WebCriteria as Senior Account Executive and Business Development Manager. During their time there, they generated annual sales of over $1M, including BellSouth, Lexmark, Lockheed Martin, Marriott, etc., and a pipeline of $2.7M. Jeff also managed Solutions Services, Engineering and Marketing teams to maximize client opportunity and investment. In 2005, Jeff Mitchell joined Tripwire as Director of Sales for North America and Senior Account Manager. During their tenure, they generated revenues of over $6.9M, including the largest sale in company history at $1.2M to Fiserv. Jeff also exceeded their quota of over $2M. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Balance Software as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2018, they started their own consulting business, JJ Mitchell Consulting, where they provided extensive experience in forming, managing and developing sales teams, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. In 2020, they joined Cimcor, Inc. as Global Cyber Security Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for worldwide green space sales, direct and through new channel/partnerships for all cyber security, FIM, compliance solutions. Jeff also reduced an average of $137k per potential breach by helping global businesses control change and configuration controls through their security and compliance requirements, and decreased businesses auditing costs up to 50%.

Jeff Mitchell attended the University of Oregon, majoring in Communications and minoring in Personnel Management. Jeff also attended Portland Community College, where they pursued General Studies in Communications, Business, and Human Resources.
