Janet Hassold

Janet Hassold's work experience starts in 2008 at MetLife, where they held multiple roles. As an Assistant Vice President in the Incentive Compensation Strategy & Technology department, they led a team that provided strategy, planning, and execution for delivering producer incentive compensation arrangement and plan changes. Janet also advised and executed strategic compensation changes for Group Benefits, aligning them with business growth objectives. In addition, they oversaw compensation programs across multiple US businesses and distribution channels as the Assistant Vice President of the Sales Compensation Administration Organization. Furthermore, they spearheaded a multi-year Compensation Consolidation program to reduce risks and improve efficiency and satisfaction in the Group Business Sales & Broker Compensation Services department. In 2021, they joined Cimquest, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer.

Janet Hassold has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. Janet also completed their high school education at Ellington High School.
