Dan Curcio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan began their career as a Desktop Support Student Analyst at Saint Mary's College of California in 2008 and later took on the role of Lead Service Desk Technician until 2015. In 2010, Dan joined Apple Inc. as a Genius, providing hardware and software support to customers in a retail environment. Dan demonstrated strong time management skills in maintaining punctual appointments throughout the day.
Afterward, Dan moved to Medrio, where they held multiple positions. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to clients. Starting in 2016, they transitioned to a Sales Engineer role, supporting the inside sales team with technical demos, proposal requests, and customization of deliverables. In 2018, Dan took on the role of Senior Customer Success Manager APAC, acting as a hybrid Sales Engineer and Customer Success Manager. Dan supported prospects and clients throughout the entire sales cycle and ensured their satisfaction from onboarding to renewal. In 2022, they became a Senior Solutions Consultant until their departure in 2023.
Most recently, Dan joined CIMS Global as a Principal Sales Engineer in July 2023.
Dan Curcio attended Saint Mary's College of California from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Prior to attending college, they completed their high school education at Rolling Hills Prep from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Dan also has a certification as an Apple Certified Mac Technician, which they obtained in 2012.
