Susana Costa Silva

Susana Costa Silva has extensive experience in human resources management. Susana is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Tintas CIN, where they support management in defining an integrated corporate HR strategy and manages the human capital of the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Renault Cacia and the Human Resources Development & Training Corporate Manager at Sodecia. Susana also held positions as the HR Director at Ria Blades SA and Funfrap/Teksid (Fiat Group). Earlier in their career, they served as the HR Group Director at CIFIAL and Recruitment Responsible at Adecco. Overall, Susana Silva has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, training, and employee relations.

Susana Costa Silva has a diverse education history. Susana first completed their University Graduation in Sociology at the Universidade do Porto from 1992 to 1998. Susana then pursued a Post-Graduation in Labor Law at the Universidade Moderna do Porto from 1999 to 2000. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Organization and Development from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2003 to 2004. Lastly, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Mobility, specifically Expatriates Management, at the Universidade de Aveiro from 2007 to 2011.
