Timothy Coelho

Timothy Coelho has a diverse work experience in various sales and operations roles. Timothy started their career as a Sales Operations Associate at Brainshark in 2014. Timothy then worked as a Business Operations Analyst at Unitrends from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for launching a partner portal and creating reports in Salesforce. Timothy subsequently joined Silverlink Communications, now known as Welltok, Inc., as a Business Analyst, where they created reports and consolidated revenue data. Timothy then moved to Sophos, first as a Sales Operations Specialist from 2017 to 2018, and then as a Sales Operations Analyst until 2019. In these roles, they generated KPI reports, supported sales teams, conducted data analysis, and collaborated with sales teams on creating and editing reports and dashboards. Timothy also worked as a Sales Admin at Sigfox USA in 2019, where they assisted with pipeline management, lead assignment, quoting, and order processing. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Director at Cinch I.T. since 2020.

Timothy Coelho obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from Roger Williams University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration at Mount Wachusett Community College from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Timothy has acquired several certifications, including Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals: Administering Office 365 and Intune, Wireless Networking Essential Training, and various CompTIA certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA A+. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one achieved in February 2021.
