Luc Turnbull

Luc Turnbull is an experienced CRM professional with a solid background in customer relationship management and marketing. Currently serving as CRM Manager at cinch since September 2021, Luc has previously held the position of Senior CRM Executive. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Marketing Executive at Rugby Football Union from September 2018 to September 2021, where Luc managed end-to-end CRM campaigns through IBM Marketing Cloud and contributed to the development of the CRM campaign calendar.
