Lori Walters, CPA

Lori Walters, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Lori currently holds the position of Financial Controller at the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at BrightSpring Health Services from October 2021 to April 2023.

In 2020, Lori served as the Senior Business Analyst/Sr. Accountant at HINKLE CONTRACTING COMPANY, LLC, where they prepared monthly rolling forecasts, budget variance reports, and SOX reporting packages. Lori also performed cash flow analysis, reconciliation, and payroll allocations while closely working with the AR and AP Manager.

Lori Walters, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Washington State University. Lori also obtained an Accounting Certificate with a focus on their field of study from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, Lori has obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
