Cindy Hawkins

Cindy Hawkins has a diverse work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Cindy started their career at Circular Planning/CPB Group as a Senior Commercial Account Manager, where they focused on risk analysis, marketing, negotiation, placement, and sales of middle market and large commercial insurance accounts. Cindy also provided exceptional client service and account management.

After that, Cindy worked at Hylant Group, Inc. as a Client Service Manager. In this role, they continued to handle risk analysis, marketing, and negotiation for commercial insurance accounts. Cindy also managed client service and account management, as well as employee training and development.

Cindy then joined C.K. Ash & Associates, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Marketing Manager for two years. Cindy performed similar duties as in their previous roles, including risk analysis, sales, client service management, and operations management.

Later, Cindy joined Cincinnati Insurance, LLC as a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Here, they were responsible for risk analysis, marketing, negotiation, placement, and sales of middle market and large commercial insurance accounts. Additionally, they managed client service and account management, as well as operations management and employee training.

Currently, Cindy is working at Cincom Systems as a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, they manage contract and contract-to-hire management of over 100 contractors. Cindy also supports daily HR functions and is involved in policy implementation, procedures, and workflow. Cindy has received the Quixote Award twice for their superior contributions to the organization. Cindy is also responsible for property and casualty insurance management, as well as travel and safety policy compliance.

Cindy Hawkins obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University in 2017. Currently, they are attending the University of Cincinnati, pursuing a field of study in Human Resources HRCI & SHRM Certification Preparation, starting in 2021.
