Ann O'Keefe

Ann O'Keefe has extensive experience in benefits and human resources management. Ann started their career as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Homecomings Financial in 1993 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2016, they served as Director of Benefits at Cash America, where they managed various benefits programs for approximately 6,500 employees. In 2017, Ann took on the role of Benefits Director at iHeartMedia for a brief period before joining Solis Mammography as Director of Compensation and Benefits. Ann then moved on to U.S. Renal Care, where they held the position of Senior Director of Benefits and Total Rewards from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Ann is employed as a Benefits Director at Cinemark, starting in 2020.

Ann O'Keefe received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Arkansas University, where they attended from 1982 to 1986.
