Rodrigo Pérez has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Rodrigo started their career in 1998 as a Regional Treasury Coordinator at ITESM, where they were responsible for managing revenues, relations with banks, and accounts receivable. Rodrigo then moved on to become the General Manager at Imagen y Cuidado Automotríz, where they managed the family business and achieved a grant for the maintenance of the vehicle fleet of Gillette, Mexico.

Rodrigo later joined Cinépolis, where they held various roles including Administration Manager of Operations and Budget Control Manager. In these positions, they managed budgets, financial reporting, and analysis for different regions such as Mexico, Latin America, India, Brazil, and the USA. Rodrigo also played a key role in coordinating and planning revenues, expenses, and investments.

In 2013, Rodrigo became the CFO at Cinépolis India, where they led the finance functions and developed strategies to achieve the company's financial goals. Rodrigo identified alternative sources of funding and routes for equity infusion from the parent company to India.

Throughout their career, Rodrigo has achieved significant accomplishments such as designing and developing budget control and follow-up processes aligned with financial goals and achieving a decrease in alumni tuition overdue payments.

Rodrigo Pérez attended ITESM - CEM from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Rodrigo then pursued a Master of Accounting and Finance (MAF) degree from ITESM - CEM from 2000 to 2003.
