Bostjan Podkrajsek

Bostjan Podkrajsek is an experienced Maintenance Manager currently leading a team of over 200 employees at CINKARNA since February 2022, focusing on optimizing departmental performance to meet company goals. Prior to CINKARNA, Bostjan served as Maintenance Manager at Paloma d.d., overseeing a 50-member team and enhancing communication regarding upper-level improvements. Bostjan also held roles as Production Manager at Kovinarstvo Bučar s.p. and KB Metallverarbeitung GmbH, where responsibilities included production oversight, cost-effectiveness, quality control, and implementing LEAN production methods. Early career experience includes positions in sales and accounting at Kmetstroj and a Technical Support Engineer role at Skupina Unior, contributing to the implementation of techniques such as SMED and TPM in production environments. Bostjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Technologies from Univerza v Mariboru and has pursued courses in Global Business at Harvard Business School Online.
