Andrew Jombwe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2003, they worked as an IT Service Manager at Unigroup Uganda until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), including Network Administrator, Supervisor IT Infrastructure - Communication Platforms, and ICT Infrastructure Team Lead - Services Support Enhancement Project.

In 2011, Jombwe joined truIT Uganda, where they served as Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer, and later became a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Advisory Board. Andrew also served as a Member of the ICT Consult and Interim Contracts Committee at Kampala Capital City Authority from 2011 to 2012.

In 2018, Jombwe became the Managing Partner at V3locity Global. Andrew also had a brief role as an Alumnus at Startupbootcamp in 2019. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Cinnamon Clubs. Overall, Jombwe's work experience showcases their entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and expertise in IT management and strategy.

Andrew Jombwe completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at Texas McCombs School of Business from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Computing degree from Makerere University, where they studied Information Technology, Financial management, Business statistics, and Accounts from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Andrew has obtained several certifications, including being an Alumnus of the 2019 Cohort (Cape Town) from Startupbootcamp, Data Warehouse Lifecycle In-depth from the Kimball Group in 2012, PRINCE2 Practitioners from APMG International in 2011, ITIL V2 Service Manager from Loyalist Exam Services in 2009, and e-Technology Computing from NIIT Limited in 2003.
