Bilal Malik

Bilal Malik, ACP has extensive experience in software development, business analysis, and project management. Bilal began their career in 2000 as a Software Development Engineer at Mentor Graphics. In 2001, they joined Matrix Sourcing as a Software Development Engineer, where they worked on automating paper-based processes using MS technologies. In 2004, they worked as a Contract Programmer at Project Aims, developing a module for a construction company. In 2006, they worked as a Software Development Consultant at Exceed Digital Systems LLC, New York City, where they developed web portal applications for multiple clients. In 2007, they joined Confiz Solutions as a Scrum Master, where they mentored teams and helped increase team productivity and efficiency using Agile practices. In 2010, they worked as a Program Manager at Punjab Information Technology Board, where they identified key processes of around 40 departments for the province of Punjab. In 2011, they joined Virtual Force as a Project Lead Business Analyst, where they streamlined requirements management process and structured delivery of projects using Agile/Scrum methodology. In 2013, they worked as a Scrum Master/Business Analyst at TkXel, where they led Business Analysis practice and achieved significant revenue growth. Lastly, in 2014, they joined Cinnova Technologies, LLC as the Director of Professional Services, where they greatly enhanced the company's largest product, created detailed SOWs for new projects, and streamlined company wide quality assurance practice.

Bilal Malik, ACP obtained a BSc Honors in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences between 1997 and 2001. Bilal then went on to pursue an MS in Computer Science at New York University, which they completed in 2007. In 2015, they achieved the Agile Certified Practitioner certification from PMI.
