Michael Kutsch started their career in 2002 as an Associate Producer at the New England Sports Network. In 2005, they joined CEB, where they held various roles including Marketing Associate, Account Director, Manager, and Director in different practices. In 2014, they joined Lucid, LLC, where they served as the Director of Customer Development, Senior Director, and finally as Senior Director of Customer Experience. In 2023, they joined Cint as the Vice President of Customer Experience, overseeing the North America Insights vertical. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong revenue accountability and performance management skills.

Michael Kutsch received a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from Tulane University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Michael also obtained certifications such as the Challenger Sale Training Program from CEB (now Gartner) in 2014, and the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Certification from Miller Heiman Group in 2010.
