Randy Monkarsh has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Randy is currently the Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Legal Affairs at Cint, starting from 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the National Football League (NFL) as a Senior Counsel and Contract Manager, IT & SecOps Legal Operations from 2019 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2019, Randy worked at Heed, LLC, initially as a Counsel and later as a Legal Consultant. At Heed, they provided legal services and advice for the launch and maintenance of an interactive live events experience app and platform.

Before that, from 2014 to 2017, Randy served as the Director & Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., where they were the lead IT counsel for the company. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Division General Counsel at Conduit Global/kgb, where they handled various legal matters related to technology, intellectual property, and commercial contracts.

Randy also worked at American Express as a Contract Counsel from 2010 to 2013. Randy briefly owned their own law firm, Pajamas Law Firm, in 2010, where they provided transactional legal services. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Senior Counsel at Time Warner-AOL, responsible for working with various AOL properties and handling media transactions.

Earlier in their career, from 2004 to 2006, Randy served as Corporate and Transactions Counsel at NBCUniversal, representing the company in IT, IP, and media transactions. Randy began their legal career at BROWN RAYSMAN in 1997, where they helped pioneer the law firm's Internet/new media/mobile/technology/e-commerce/privacy law practice.

Throughout their career, Randy has gained extensive experience in various legal areas, including technology, intellectual property, contracts, data security, privacy, and media transactions.

Randy Monkarsh has a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
