Roger Charles

Roger Charles has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll management. Roger started in 2018 as the Human Resources Operations Manager at MEININGER Hotels, where they successfully managed a team responsible for payroll processing for 1000 employees across 35 hotels in 10 European countries. Roger focused on improving and implementing payroll processes and controls, streamlining functions, and resolving historical issues. In 2022, Roger joined Cint as the Global Payroll Director, where they continue to utilize their expertise in overseeing payroll operations at a global level.
