Ross Bassett

Ross Bassett has a diverse work experience in the field of business systems and software engineering. Ross currently holds the position of Director, Business Systems at Cint since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Lucid Holdings, Inc. from 2015 to 2022, where they held various positions including Director, Business Systems, Associate Director, Business Automation, Lead Automation Architect, and Senior Software Engineer. Before Lucid Holdings, Ross worked at Trifecta Technologies as an SFDC Developer from 2014 to 2015, and at Deloitte as an SFDC Developer/Associate from 2012 to 2014. At Deloitte, they were responsible for developing custom APEX/Visualforce solutions, SFDC configuration, and integration.

Ross Bassett has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the same university, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Ross has obtained several certifications in Salesforce-related fields, including Platform App Builder and Salesforce Dev 401.
