Anna Dubovskaya

Anna Dubovskaya has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Anna started their career as a Recruiter at Gubanova & Partners from September 2017 to May 2018. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at Portative.by from May 2018 to March 2019. Anna then joined Competentum Group as a Specialist in personnel work from March 2019 to July 2019. Anna further enhanced their expertise in talent acquisition by working as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at EPAM Systems from July 2019 to May 2021. Anna then joined Frontbyte Belarus as an IT Recruiter from May 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Solbeg as an IT Sourcer from March 2023.
