Jim Earl

Jim Earl is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project and regional management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Ciorba Group, Inc. since May 2022, Jim previously held the position of Principal Engineer and Section Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc. from June 2020 to April 2022. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith and the Indiana Department of Transportation, as well as Bridge Engineer at HNTB and Design Engineer at Beam, Longest and Neff, LLC. Jim Earl earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, completing the degree in 1995.
