Will Mardauss, PE, SE, is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in project management and structural design. Currently serving as a Structural Project Manager and Structural Project Engineer at Ciorba Group, Inc. since June 2021, Will has previously held positions as a Senior Structural Engineer at HBM Engineering Group LLC and a Bridge Engineer at both RS&H and AECOM. Additionally, Will began the engineering career as an Engineer intern and Bridge Engineer at HBM Engineering Group LLC. Will holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, having also attended Western Illinois University. Currently pursuing further education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since August 2023, Will continues to enhance expertise in the field.
