Barbara Ashford

Barbara Ashford is an experienced professional with a strong background in apprenticeship assessment and skills development. Currently serving as an End Point Assessor at CIPD and 1ST FOR EPA, Barbara has been instrumental in ensuring quality standards in apprenticeship programs since June 2017 and February 2020, respectively. In addition, Barbara has held a Skills Development Coach role for HR apprenticeships at BPP since October 2018 and previously worked as a Programme Lead for Leadership & Management Apprenticeships at Premier Partnership from November 2017 to November 2018. Barbara's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Avado from April 2009 to April 2017, where responsibilities included Learning Quality Manager, Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), and Faculty Manager.
