Ruth Stuart, a Chartered MCIPD, has held various strategic and leadership roles in both CIPD and Tesco PLC. Ruth has a strong background in learning and development research, organisational development, talent management, and HR management. With a focus on driving performance and impact, Ruth has led key strategic programmes and initiatives, including developing a pioneering point of view on the future of the people profession. Ruth also has experience in leading organisational change programs, talent development, and coaching international HR teams. Ruth holds a Human Resource Management MA and a degree in Politics and Modern History.
