Fatima Sardarizadeh Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fatima Sardarizadeh began their career in 2001 as a Senior Supervisor at Next Group PLC, where they worked until 2003. Following that, they served as an Office Manager at Next Group PLC - Flagship Store from 2003 to 2008. Fatima Sardarizadeh then progressed within the company and worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Next Group PLC from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined EAST as an Administrator for a short period of time. In 2014, they worked as an HR Assistant (work experience) at EAST and as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Domestic & General.
