Lim Zuo Han

Lim Zuo Han has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They are currently working as a Senior Business Development Manager at CIPD, where they are responsible for the growth of B2B and Channels sales in APAC markets. They have achieved over target annual sales and client retention, and have developed key relationships with HR Directors and L&D Leaders. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Partner at FranklinCovey Singapore. They also have experience as a Business Development Manager at Certis Group. In their earlier career, they served in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Head Staff Officer and UAV Lead, where they developed intelligence and manpower strategies. They also worked at Edelman as an intern in Digital, Government, and Corporate Marketing.

Lim Zuo Han completed a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies with 2nd Upper Honours from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various areas such as B2B Marketing on LinkedIn, Human Resources Foundations, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, SEO for Social Media, and Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling from LinkedIn in June 2021.
