For the last three years, Kelsey has been a Customer Success Manager maintaining customer relationships at Cipher. She works side-by-side customers daily showing them how to effectively leverage the collection, discovery, and collaboration features of Knowledge360.

Kelsey has always been an outdoors person, for 10 years she was a competitive Motocross racer, these days you can find her outside hiking or exploring new breweries.
