Maksym B.

Maksym B. has been working in the IT field since 2003. In 2008, they began working as a POS Field Technician for Jalarambapa, Inc. where they were responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of point of sale equipment. In 2010, they began working as a Field System/Network Technician on a freelance basis. In 2014, they began working at CipherTechs as a Network Security Engineer. In this role, they designed, implemented, and audited information security solutions. Maksym was also responsible for analyzing and recommending security controls and procedures. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Network Security Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, maintaining, and operating information system security controls and countermeasures.

Maksym B. obtained a Master's Degree in Pharmacy from the National University of Pharmacy in Ukraine from 1999 to 2005. In 2014, they attended Per Scholas Institute for Technology and New York Business Institute. Maksym also obtained certifications from Rapid7, Arista Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Appgate, Cisco, CompTIA, and New York Business Institute between 2014 and 2021.
