Rick Amisial, MBA, PMP® has over 23 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rick currently serves as the Director of Crypto Product Management at CipherTrace, a Mastercard company. Prior to this, they worked at Mastercard as a Legal Compliance Program Manager, overseeing compliance initiatives from 2021 to 2023.

Rick Amisial, MBA, PMP® has a diverse education history. Rick completed their Master of Science (MS) in FinTech from the University of Central Florida from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Saint Leo University from 2021 to 2022. Rick has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, although it remains incomplete as they attended from 2001 to 2003. Rick also holds a B.S in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Furthermore, they have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Hillsborough Community College, which they earned between 1998 and 2001.

In addition to their education, Rick Amisial has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2015.
