Yifat Melamed

Yifat Melamed has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in both building and managing HR functions. Yifat worked at Giza Singer Even | גיזה זינגר אבן from 2006 to 2020, where they served as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for establishing HR policies, guidelines, and procedures, as well as managing the full employee life cycle. Yifat also worked as a PA & Office Manager at the same company from 2006 to 2010.

More recently, Yifat held the position of Office Manager at a Stealth Startup from June 2022 to November 2022. Yifat then joined Cipia in December 2022 as the Head of Human Resources, where they currently work.

Prior to their career in HR, Yifat worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Jaguar Land Rover from 2004 to 2006.

Yifat Melamed obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel between 2016 and 2020.
