Tamer Alkharratt

Tamer Alkharratt is an accomplished professional in the field of child and adolescent psychology, currently serving as the Founder and Programs Director of the Institute of Child & Adolescent Psychology since September 2024. In addition, Tamer has been the CEO of CIPPO since October 2017, where responsibilities include developing and managing operational psychosocial and clinical programs. Tamer's previous experience includes co-founding club5 and managing programs there from October 2018 to September 2021, as well as project management roles at Rays Nursery and Play Area in 2018 and psychological services at The Littlest Lamb from 2015 to 2016. Tamer's expertise also extends to conducting ABA interventions as an ABA Behavioural Therapist at the Swedish Specialized Center for Special Needs and providing psychometric evaluation and counseling at Freedom Drug Rehabilitation and Addiction. Tamer's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Mental Wellbeing and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, both from Anglia Ruskin University.
