Thomas Bambang has been appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on Deed No. 54 dated January 18, 2017. He earned a bachelor's degree in Social Work from STPS Widuri, Jakarta, and a master's degree in Social Work from Asian Social Institute, Manila, Philippines. He has served as an Independent Commissioner and member of the Audit Committee of PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) from 2007 until 2017. He is also active in several social organizations under the Archdiocese of Jakarta as Vice Chairman of Forum Rumah Yatim Piatu Indonesia, Executive Staff and Head of Bureau Daya Dharma Institute, and a member of the National Examiner for Vocational School at the Indonesian Ministry of National Education.
