Luke Henning

Chief Business Officer at Circ

Luke Henning is the CFO of Circ. Prior to that, they were an instructor at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business where they lectured on entrepreneurial finance and management. Luke also co-chaired the Momentum Business Incubator, which is FIT's program to support student and alumni entrepreneurship.

Before their time at Florida Institute of Technology, Henning was a co-founder of the SBS Seed Fund, an Oxford University initiative to help support and promote Oxford student and alumni start ups. As part of the team, they focused on deal sourcing and business evaluation. Their mission for the year was to lay the groundwork for a sustainable seed fund by defining the investment mandate, designing the processes and legal framework and raising funds for further investment.

Henning has also served as a board member for Adriaan Kuiters since July 2012. In this role, they provide advice and guidance on a variety of issues faced by the company.

Henning began their career at KPMG Financial Risk Management in July 2004 as a senior manager. Luke remained with the company for nine years before moving on to Hey, Blue! and then Circ.

Luke Henning works with Julie Willoughby - CSO, Conor Hartman - COO & VP, Business Development, and Iulian Bobe - CTO. Their manager is Peter Majeranowski, CEO.
